Object
notification
[CAUSE] The tmnxEqPowerLostCapacity alarm is generated when a power
supply fails or is removed which puts the system in an overloaded
situation.
[EFFECT] Devices are powered off in order of lowest power priority
(tmnxMDAHwPowerPriority) until the available power capacity can
support the powered devices.
[RECOVERY] Add a new power supply to the system or change the faulty
power supply for a working one.
