[CAUSE] The tmnxDcpCardVrtrIfEventOvrflw notification is generated
when a flood of distributed CPU protection network-interface events
occur on a particular card and some of the events are lost due to
event throttling mechanism.

may not be received.
[RECOVERY] Notifications will resume once the event throttling ends.
