olsrv2THoldTime corresponds to
T_HOLD_TIME of OLSRv2 and is used as the
minimum value in the TLV with
Type = VALIDITY_TIME included in all
TC messages sent by this router.
Guidance for setting this object may be found
in Section 5 of the OLSRv2 specification (RFC 7181),
which indicates that:
o olsrv2THoldTime >= olsrv2TcInterval
o If TC messages can be lost, then
olsrv2THoldTime SHOULD be
significantly greater than olsrv2TcInterval;
a value >= 3 x olsrv2TcInterval is RECOMMENDED.
This object is persistent, and when written,
the entity SHOULD save the change to
non-volatile storage.
