LINK_METRIC_TYPE of OLSRv2.
If olsrv2LinkMetricType changes, then all
link metric information recorded by this router
is invalid. The router MUST take the
actions described in Section 5.5.
'Parameter Change Constraints' and
Section 17 'Information Base Changes'
in RFC 7181.
This object is persistent, and when written,
the entity SHOULD save the change to
non-volatile storage.
