input control lead signal, RdlRi. While monitored, detected
transitions will trigger aluRS232ControlLeadsSignalChange.
For RS-530, RdlRi represents LlTm.
This object is not supported on the SAR-H and SAR-Hc systems.
'high' and 'low' are supported on sdiv3 only.
