Enumeration
Port status. This value are calculate by the 802.1D Spanning
Tree to determine what kind of frames, if any, are allowed to
enter or leave this port. The status can be:
- DISABLED. The switch port is disabled and it will not receive
or transmit any frames.
- LEARNING. The switch examines all frames learning Source
Addresses and discard all frames.
- BLOCKING/LISTENING. The switch examines all frames without
learning any Source Addresses and disards all frames.
- FORWARDING. The switch examines all frames learning Source
Addresses from all good frames and receives and transmits all
frames as a normal switch.
