Enumeration
Ingress Limit Mode. This leaf determine what kinds of frames are
limited and counted against Ingress rate limiting as follows:
limit-all: limit and count all frames
limit-broad-multicast: limit and count bradcast and multicast
frames only
limit-broadcast: limit and count bradcast frames only
If a frame is not limited by the above setting, its size is not
counted against the limit for the other frames.
