Object
Specifies the Ipv4 address to be used as the destination for
performing an OAM ping operation when tnOamPingCtlTestMode has
a value of 'svcPing' or 'vprnPing'. This parameter is
required for 'svcPing', 'vprnPing', 'cpePing' and 'mrinfo'.
This object was obsoleted in release 4.0 and replaced with
InetAddress objects tnOamPingCtlTgtAddrType and
tnOamPingCtlTgtAddress.
