Object
nhdpRefreshInterval corresponds to
REFRESH_INTERVAL of NHDP and represents the
maximum interval between advertisements of
each 1-hop neighbor network address and its
status. Each advertisement is in a HELLO
message on this MANET interface.
Guidance for setting this object may be found
in Section 5 of the NHDP specification (RFC 6130),
which indicates that:
