value of MAXJITTER used in RFC 5148 for
periodically generated HELLO messages on
this MANET interface.
Guidance for setting this object may be found
in Section 5 of RFC 5148, which indicates that:
o nhdpHpMaxJitter <= nhdpHelloInterval / 2
o nhdpHpMaxJitter should not be greater
than nhdpHelloInterval / 4
o If nhdpMinHelloInterval > 0, then
nhdpHpMaxJitter <= nhdpHelloMinInterval; and
nhdpHpMaxJitter should not be greater than
nhdpHelloMinInterval / 2
