This attribute controls whether to ALWAYS
send S1 = 'Do not use' on the port
corresponding to this source.
disabled - Send the actual S1 value of the
synchronization function. However, if this
source is the selected sync source, then
S1 = 'Do not use' is sent on the corresponding
port.
enabled - Always send 'Do not use', regardless
of the state of the synchonization function.
