The auto-revert reboot count tolerance, used in conjunction with the value of juniSystemBootAutoRevertTimeTolerance when juniSystemBootAutoRevertControl is set to set(2) in the same PDU. For example, if this object is set to 4 and juniSystemBootAutoRevertTimeTolerance is set to 1200, then the boot logic will choose backup mode if 4 system reboots occur within 20 minutes. This object cannot be set to zero, but may contain a zero value when juniSystemBootAutoRevertControl is set to never(1).
