This object describes whether the port hardware is capable of supporting promiscuous mode, single address mode (i.e., repeater filters unicasts not addressed to the end station attached to this port), or both. A port for which icfVgPortType is equal to 'cascadeInternal' or 'cascadeExternal' will always have a value of 'promiscModeOnly' for this object.
