Wait to restore is only applicable for the revertive mode and applies to a working LSP. It prevents reversion back to select the working LSP until the wait to restore timer has expired. The wait to restore time may be configured by the operator in 1 minute steps between 1 and 30 minutes; the default value is 12 minutes.
