protocol entity recognizes a failure in one of
the communication links represented in the

entity, acting in an agent role, has received a protocol
message that is not properly authenticated. 
The snmpEnableAuthenTraps object indicates
whether this trap will be generated.
          
snmpAuthenOperation-ces identifies the operation( ie. GetRequest, 
        GetNextRequest,... ) was being attempted.
snmpAuthenIpAddress-ces identifies the source IP address of 
        the operation.
snmpAuthenCommString-ces identifies the community string that
        was used in the operation.
