The value of this object is the size in octets of
the largest frame relay information field for this
PVC end-point in the ingress direction (into the
frame relay network).  The value of
frPVCEndptInMaxFrameSize must be less than or
equal to the corresponding ifMtu for this frame
relay UNI/NNI logical port.
