that a 'switch' is configured via this MIB.

Hence, the various read/write objects have write
capability. A 'service' represents a passive
monitor-only customer network management
interface. The various read/write objects are
restricted to read-only capability.

deprecated due to the incorrect inclusion of index
values and to take advantage of the trap prefix
for automatic conversion from SMIv2 to SMIv1 by
making the one but last sub-ID a zero (i.e. the
so-called trap prefix).
