This table is used for configuring real server
(cesRserverName) in a server farm(slbServerFarmName)
and configuring attributes of real server specific to 
a server farm.  The real server identified by 
'cesRserverName' should have been configured prior to 
creating of an entry in this table.  The probes
configured for the real server identifeid by
'cesRserverName' will be inherited by the server farm.
