An entry in Rserver probe table.
Each entry is for a health probe configured in a
Rserver. There can be multiple health probes 
configured in a Rserver. The 'slbEntity' is used
in identifying the module in which configuration 
is applied. The 'cesRserverName' identifies the 
Rserver in which probe is configured.
