Each entry refers to real server and contains
information such as real server IP Address,
maximum connections supported, minimum connections
supported etc.
The 'slbEntity' refers to the module in which this 
configuration is applied.  The 'cesRserverName' refers 
to the Real Server.  The 'slbServerFarmName' refers to 
the Server Farm.
