Table listing defined pool classes for the DSPU node.

A pool class is defined at the DSPU node as a pool
  of upstream LUs that may be shared among downstream PUs.

Each entry in the table represents a separate
  pool class definition.

Entries in the table may not be created/deleted;
  however, values in existing entries may be modified.

Pool classes are created when an existing LU is
  defined as a member of the pool class.
