Table listing defined pool classes for the DSPU node.
A pool class is defined at the DSPU node as a pool
of upstream LUs that may be shared among downstream PUs.
Each entry in the table represents a separate
pool class definition.
Entries in the table may not be created/deleted;
however, values in existing entries may be modified.
Pool classes are created when an existing LU is
defined as a member of the pool class.
