dspuSapRowStatus

This object is used by a Management Station to create
or delete the row entry in the dspuSapTable following
the RowStatus textual convention.
              
The Management Station can set the value to 'destroy (6)' 
and the Agent will then delete the rows corresponding to 
this SAP from the dspuSapTable. 
              
The local SAP address is enabled on the specified adapter
when a row entry in the dspuSapTable is created.
