1 when structure-agnostic mode (tunneling or line-coding aware) is selected
1..80 when structure-aware mode is selected
The following default demapper-id assignment for sa-type is
recommended when structureaware mode is selected:
1 - 64 for AxC data
65 for fast C&M
66 for slow C&M
69- 76 for VSD raw (covering VSD and Ctrl_AxC).
