The maximum value allowed is dictated by tlpAtsConfigHighVoltageTransferOld. The minimum value allowed is dictated by the greater of tlpAtsConfigSource1TransferResetOld and tlpAtsConfigSource2TransferResetOld. If not supported, this value will return ERROR_NO_SUCH_NAME.
