[CAUSE] The tmnxIsisSrgbBadLabelRange notification is sent when ISIS
receives a bad SRGB label range from a router (for example,
overlapping with another label range).
[EFFECT] The configured Segment Routing tunnels will be wrong.
[RECOVERY] Change the label range to recover.
