Enumeration
An action to change the control state of the outlet. If the outletCapabilities 'powerControl' bit is TRUE, then the 'on', 'off', and 'reboot' actions can be used to change the control state of the outlet. If the outletCapabilities 'powerControl' bit is FALSE, then the actions have no effect.
