This object indicates on which TSs of the selected port, BERT 
should be applied. 
Each Bit of the Octet represents a TS:
31 ......0
MSB     LSB
              
Bit 0 will not be used.
If the bit value is '1' - BERT should be applied on this TS.
For a  T1 port, the valid raised bits ('1') are: 1..25.
For an E1 port, the valid raised bits ('1') are: 1..31.
              
Agents that do not support this feature will send SIZE 0.
