This variable indicates the Status of the Far-End TDM Line.
It contains failure state information.
The variable is a bit map represented as a sum, therefore, it
can represent multiple failures simultaneously.
The farEndTdmNoDefect must be set if and only if no other flag is set.
The various bit positions are:
1 farEndTdmNoDefect
2 farEndTdmAIS Alarm Indication Signal
4 farEndTdmRDI Remote Defect Indication
