Object
Indicates the MP interface.
If the mplsOamIdMegMpLocation object value
is perNode (1), the MP interface index should point
to the incoming interface or outgoing interface, or
be zero (to indicate that the MP OAM packets are initiated
from the forwarding engine).
If the mplsOamIdMegMpLocation object value is
perInterface (2), the MP interface index should point to
the incoming interface or outgoing interface.
