SNMPv2-TCDisplayString
The Extended PHY Rate (ERP) of the detected AP, represented
as a hexadecimal number. The bit definitions are:
0x01 - Non ERP (802.11b) STAs are present in the BSS
0x02 - Use protection mechanisms for ERP-OFDM frames
0x04 - Short preambles: 0 - allowed, 1 - not allowed
A hyphen (-) indicates no ERP info (i.e. not in 2.4 GHz band)
