The Agreement Digest convention setting off(=1)/loopFreeBoth(=2)/loopFreeMcastOnly(=3) off => disable agreement digest checking in hellos loopFreeBoth => block unsafe group and individual traffic when digests disagree. loopFreeMcastOnly =>block unsafe group traffic when digests disagree. This object is persistent.
