The Virtual Noise Profile MUST contain the virtual noise PSDs. A Virtual Noise PSD is not used if the corresponding SNRMODE parameters (hwVOPSNRMarginConfProfMaxSnrmDs, hwVOPSNRMarginConfProfRaModeUs) are set to 0. The SNRMODE parameters for upstream and downstream are in the hwVOPSNRMarginConfProfTable. Entries in this table MUST be maintained in a persistent manner. A default profile with an index of '1' will always exist and its parameters will be set to vendor-specific values, unless otherwise specified in this document. The index of this table is hwVOPVirtualNoiseConfProfIndex.
