The table hwVOPModeSpecificPSDConfProfTable contains the parameters that define the downstream and upstream PSDs for a specific xDSL mode. Entries in this table MUST be maintained in a persistent manner. A default profile with an index of '1' will always exist and its parameters will be set to vendor-specific values, unless otherwise specified in this document. The index of this table is hwVOPModeSpecificPSDConfProfIndex.
