Event type. Currently, the system supports five event types. Options: 1. communication(1) -indicates the communication event. 2. service(2) -indicates the service quality event. 3. process(3) -indicates the process error event. 4. equipment(4) -indicates the hardware device event. 5. environment(5) -indicates the environment event.
