Event control table. It is used to set the event level through the NMS or query the event list supported in the system. The information that can be queried includes the event ID, event name, event class, event type, event level, event default level, count of the event in the statistical period, count of the event in the previous statistical period and event management status. The index of this entry is the hwEventID.The index value is the event ID.
