Describes the user-defined ACL rule that is used when a user-defined ACL rule for traffic burst detection is delivered to a specified port or a specified slot. This leaf must be used together with hwTrafficBurstDetectUserAclNum, uniquely identifying an ACL rule. Range: 0-4294967295 Make sure that the user-defined ACL rule is already created. In the query operation, if the user-defined ACL rule is not used, the value obtained is 4294967295.
