Describes the L2 ACL rule that is used when an L2 ACL rule for traffic burst detection is delivered to a specified port or a specified slot. This leaf must be used together with hwTrafficBurstDetectLinkAclNum, uniquely identifying an ACL rule. Range: 0-4294967295 Make sure that the L2 ACL rule is already created. In the query operation, if the L2 ACL rule is not used, the value obtained is 4294967295.
