The expired time(Unit is second) of the port to receive LACPDUS in the fast mode. The hwTrunkIfTimeoutReceive is the type of timeout and use hwTrunkIfLagTimeOut to change time in the fast mode. The default value is customized with products. If the mode is not fast, the value is always 0.
