Indicates the mechanisms authorized to reserve and control this M-CMTS Downstream interface. When configured to 'docsisOnly' indicates that it can be allocated only to serve data over DOCSIS. When configured to 'videoOnly' indicates that it can be allocated only to video services and not for Data over DOCSIS. 'any' indicates the M-CMTS Downstream Interface can be reserved for DOCSIS or video services.
