Object
Interface index that the AC should be bound to directly,
via a layer 2 local switching rule (hairpin). Only
relevant if the local PE hosts both VPWS sites concerned
in this binding; otherwise, should be set to zero.
This is only used if the PW is provisioned in the pwTable
MIB, that is if vpwsBindCfgPwBindType = pwMibIndex.
