A cienaCesPortXcvrTempNormalNotification is sent when the transceiver temperature returns to normal state. To enable the device to send this notification: cienaCesPortXcvrTempChangeTrapState, cienaCesLogicalPortConfigPortAllTrapState, and cienaCesPortAllTrapState need to be set to enabled. These objects are set to enabled by default.
