A cienaCesPortXcvrTempHighNotification is sent if the transceiver temperature exceeds the threshold. To enable the device to send this notification: cienaCesPortXcvrTempChangeTrapState, cienaCesLogicalPortConfigPortAllTrapState, and cienaCesPortAllTrapState need to be set to enabled. These objects are set to enabled by default.
