A cienaCesPortXcvrRemovedNotification is sent if the transceiver has been removed. To enable the device to send this notification: cienaCesPortXcvrLinkStateChangeTrapState, cienaCesLogicalPortConfigPortAllTrapState, and cienaCesPortAllTrapState need to be set to enabled. These objects are set to enabled by default.
