for configuring a contiguous range of vpi's
with a contiguous range of vci's, or a 'label range'
for LDP Entities.
          
LDP Entities which use ATM must have at least one
entry in this table.
          
There must exist at least one entry in this
table for every LDP Entity that has
'mplsLdpEntityOptionalParameters' object with
a value of 'atmSessionParameters'.
