Indicates if this client is configured to register to
receive specific multicast destination MAC addresses.
Must not be 'true' if lecConfigV2Capable is 'false'.
              
This MIB object will not be overwritten with the new
value from a LE_{JOIN,CONFIGURE}_RESPONSE.  Instead,
lecActualSelectiveMulticast will be.
