C34  LLC Multiplex Capable.
              
If set, this variable indicates that the LE Client
can accept and process LLC-multiplexed Data Direct
VCCs.  If clear, it indicates that the LE Client
will refuse to accept LLC-multiplexed Data Direct
VCCs.  This variable MUST be clear if the LE Client
is connected to a LANE v1 LES.
