Desired signaling type of the VPLS service.
If the value of this object is ldp(1), then a
corresponding entry in vplsLdpConfigTable is required.
If the value of this object is bgp(2), then a
corresponding entry in vplsBgpConfigTable is required.
If the value of this object is none(3), then it
indicates a static configuration of PW labels.
