A local address on the host that a TN3270E server
resides on that is associated with a TCP port that
is to be used or is in use by a TN3270E server.
tn3270eClientGroupAddrType indicates the
address type (IPv4 or IPv6, for example).
              
A zero-length octet string SHALL be used as the
value of this object when a local address isn't
being specified.
