TN3270E server. Assignment of a port on a local
address basis is enabled though use of
tn3270eSrvrPortAddrType and tn3270eSrvrPortAddress.
A TCP port assignment that is not restricted to
a local address SHALL specify a tn3270eSrvrPortAddrType
of unknown(0), and SHALL use a zero-length octet string
for the tn3270eSrvrPortAddress.
